Kylie Adams-Weiss

Senior Vice President, CCEDC

Kylie Adams-Weiss is a dynamic leader dedicated to fostering economic and cultural growth in the communities she serves. As Senior Vice President of the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation (CCEDC), Kylie brings a wealth of experience in strategic development, marketing, and community engagement.

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Tyler School of Art and Architecture, Kylie’s background in fine arts, sales, and business development has shaped her unique approach to creating impactful collaborations between businesses, municipalities, and community organizations. Her passion lies in connecting local businesses with opportunities for growth, ensuring that Carbon County remains a thriving place to live, work, and invest.

Since joining the Chamber in 2019, Kylie has played an integral role in the organization’s marketing, events, and regional initiatives. She began as Marketing & Events Coordinator for the Allentown Chamber & Downtown Allentown Business Association, later transitioning into a leadership role with the Affiliated Chambers of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. In 2021, she leveraged her expertise in branding and strategy as Director of Marketing & Design, overseeing marketing initiatives across nine regional chambers. Finally, in 2024, as a proud Palmerton resident, Kylie stepped into her current role as Senior Vice President for the CCEDC, where she is thrilled to lead the Carbon Chamber’s mission, advocating for local businesses and championing economic development throughout the region.

Beyond her professional commitments, Kylie is an active supporter of local businesses and community events. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking on the Lehigh River, creating in her art studio, cooking in her kitchen, and spending time with family, friends, and her beloved pets.
