Sponsorship Opportunities
Event sponsorships marry traditional advertising and public relations benefits in a unique package available exclusively to Chamber members. Many of our sponsorships include advertising opportunities such as direct mail, print and online advertising. On the PR side, nearly all of our sponsorships include complimentary tickets to the sponsored event. Higher levels of sponsorship may include the opportunity to address the audience on behalf of your organization and a variety of additional event-based visibility. Social Media Marketing - Instagram Reels & TikTok Content
In August 2024, the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation began utilizing Instagram Reels and the TikTok Platform to promote events, member benefits and more! We feel these are a great opportunity to share information in an accessible format to all members!
With the implementation of these videos, our reach has expanded greatly, meaning our members and those outside of the Chamber are viewing this content and learning about what the CCEDC, and our members, have to offer.
In 2025, we want to open our feed to you! By partnering with the Chamber to create content, you can put your business in front of new audiences by working hand-in-hand with our Chamber staff to create quick Video Content to enhance your brand’s exposure. Videos will be tagged and crossed promoted between Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, with your company’s profile tagged as a collaborator and/or in the caption where appropriate.
Your business will own the video once posted - meaning you have content you can reuse in the future, too!
Reel/TikTok Video (We Create for you): $350

CCEDC's Featured Business of the Month is the most popular web advertising package on the CCEDC website because it offers your business maximum exposure to reach not only Chamber members but also your local community and CCEDC website visitors internationally and nationwide!

This is an incredible opportunity to spotlight your business and make it STAND OUT! This package sells out quickly; therefore, space reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and will be put on the calendar schedule in that order. Your order must be PAID to be placed on the schedule.
Banner Ads
Build your brand recognition, increase your website traffic and supplement your presence on the CCEDC website with a colorful 728 x 90 pixel banner ad. Your banner ad is highly visible on the top of a CCEDC webpage, which makes your company easier to find, shows support for your Chamber, and also invites a visitor to click it to find out more about your company at your website.
SPACE IS LIMITED TO ENSURE YOUR BANNER AD IS SEEN.
There is a limit to the number of banners shown in rotation as each banner ad is visible for 4.5 seconds in each rotation. Packages are subject to 1 banner per contract even if the banner appears on multiple pages.
Banner Ad Artwork/File Format Requirements: Banner ads must be 4-color and submitted in JPEG format at 728 x 90 pixel size and 72 DPI resolution. NOTE that if your artwork is not received according to these specifications, it will be returned and correct artwork will be requested.
